All the pictures I'm sharing of the beautiful slot canyons (Antelope's the most famous one) appear to be these serene and very natural spaces. But when you visit, this is really what you see: swarms of people pressing themselves against the softly shaped walls, everyone a photographer. It's actually pretty overwhelming. The need to make room, or be gracious as people walk through your shot, is never more than a few seconds away.
